After various blogging stints, both themed and not so much, I realized that writing about food is my true passion. Thus, after some inspiration from a culinary queen (from whom the name of this site originated), “Trouble With Toast” was born. I’ve transfered my many food-related posts from previous blogging homes, and now I’m excited to move forward with new material. I hope to fill this blog with tasty tales from my kitchen and from my favorite restaurants–if I’m lucky, I’ll even be able to chat with some exciting industry professionals.
